Dennis Compton has more than 25 years of experience developing strategic real estate solutions, hiring and supervising design, construction and real estate professionals, managing strategic vendor relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams. Project experience includes build-to-suit facilities, call centers, hotels, restaurants, office facilities, retail facilities, educational and medical facilities.
Before founding Compton & Company in 2010, Dennis was Vice President and Director of Project Management for CresaPartners in Atlanta, GA. During his tenure at CresaPartners, Dennis oversaw Construction Projects with a value in excess of 51 million dollars.
Prior to joining CresaPartners in 2003, Dennis was the Director of Workplace Environment for Coca-Cola Fountain. He led and directed nationwide activities related to real estate portfolio management for 1,000,000sf at 40 locations. Notable project accomplishments include the planning and development of the 250,000sf Coca-Cola Fountain Headquarters and 165,000sf Coca-Cola Call Center, both located in North Atlanta.
Before transferring to the Coca-Cola Fountain Division, Dennis directed the planning, development and ongoing management of worldwide sales and marketing office for the Coca-Cola Company. Notable project accomplishments include oversight of a 500,000sf build-to-suit office facility in Brussels, Belgium and construction of a 50,000sf office condominium in Santiago, Chile.
Dennis began his career with The Portman Companies of Atlanta In 1985 where he assisted with the development and management of Peachtree Center. In 1994, Dennis relocated to Shanghai, China for three years to manage construction operations, administration and construction management at the Shanghai Center, another Portman project.
As a Project Manager in the Group, Zoe is proficient in supervising seamless relocation projects from start to finish. Her natural emphasis on customer service combined with an absolute attention to detail has shaped a corporate culture and product offering that is second to none. Equipped With broad long-term project experience, Zoe’s understanding of corporate relocation is extensive. Her natural abilities lie in identifying best practice and ensuring a logical approach to complex relocation issues. Her prior relocation management experience includes both low and high rise office facilities, medical and educational facilities.
Before joining Compton & Company, Zoe was a Project Manager at CresaPartners. She was closely involved from the early project planning stages of design, team selection, budget and schedule development and competed the project through relocation management. She acted as a liaison between design professionals, building advisors, general contractors and clients, throughout the different phases of the project life cycle. She utilized her experience to ensure that each client’s goals and objectives are met in every project.
Zoe interfaces directly with the client in regards to RFPs, contracts, specific client requirements and programming related issues. Her ability to organize workflow, multi-task and provide an effortless relocation for clients continues to be an area of strength and have helped establish her as a key component of Compton & Company.
